Conductor core:

The conductive core material is usually Copper or Aluminum circular compression or Segments compressed type in accordance with the international standard IEC 60228 or according to the customer's standard.

Sector or circular braided or Milliken braided core is available upon request of the customer.

Core grafting

The insulating cores will be braided and rounded to the cable.

The number of cores will be specified according to customer requirements

Liner / separator

Polyethylene (PE) or PVC plastic.

In the absence of any armor specification, the outer sheath will be applied directly to the outside of the core coupling.

Armor:

The sheath that protects cables from mechanical agents is formed by the armor of steel strands, or steel tapes.

If the cable is single-core and is designed based on the choice of the line, then the armor will be waged with non-magnetic material (fiber or aluminum tape).

The outer shellThis sheath is made up of PVC or PE material. These cables are manufactured with special properties under fire conditions such as flame retardant cables, low smoke cables or smokeless cables and cables emitting toxic gas.
