Making a construction plan is the most important first step because when starting construction, the cost will be very high and also the amounts incurred. Planning ahead is time-consuming, but it helps investors and builders to grasp everything, proceed in accordance with production needs, minimize the costs incurred, the confused incident during its construction, optimize the amount to pay, completion of works in accordance with the scheduled time.

After completing the initial steps, Construction contractor side will start pouring foundation for the factory. We will choose between laying a single foundation or a pile foundation depending on the geographic topography and operational needs of the plant. For precision with mill steel columns, Care should be taken when pouring concrete to have a connection with the process of laying the foundation bolts. After pouring concrete for the foundation, the construction side will dump expensive directly and harden the soil,  solidify in preparation for the next stage.

Construction of pre-engineered steel frame construction

This stage is done in parallel with the foundation pouring to be able to install the pre-engineered steel frame as soon as the foundation has reached sufficient hardness. constructing 2 parallel phases will help the construction progress quickly, save time.
